Description of what happened:
We are currently on vacation in Malaysia. Last night we arrived at the airport, and we were getting to ready to use our stroller-Maclaren for our children. And as my husband tried to open the stroller, my daughter’s pinky finger got stuck on the hinge, and her finger tip became flat, and got laceration. As time went by, the pinky finger got swollen, and she was in bad pain. We took her to the hospital ER as soon as possible after going through the immigration at the airport. Luckily she did not get any broken bone or nurve damage, but she is still suffering from the laceration, swolling and bruising. We know that Maclaren offers a free repair kit for the hinge part, but we still think that they should offer better service than a free repair kit.
