I am the attorney representing a 3 year old child who was seriously injured by a baby stroller. The child was injured when he attempted to crawl out of a stroller manufactured by Baby Trend, Inc. of Ontario, California. As the child slid down the side of the baby stroller, his scrotum got caught on a piece of metal protruding from the side of the stroller that is designed to assist with locking the stroller when folded. The child’s testicles became tangled and eventually caused a laceration to his scrotum. He was immediately taken to the hospital for treatment.
